As an Associate Director of Demand, with 7 to 12 years of experience, you will play a critical role in driving demand generation strategies, overseeing the planning and execution of campaigns to meet revenue targets and maximize market share. Your leadership and strategic guidance will be instrumental in ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target market segments and develop tailored messaging and campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs across various channels, including digital, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize conversion rates and overall ROI.
- Manage budget allocation and forecasting for demand generation programs, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand generation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to drive alignment and feedback loop for continuous improvement.
- Develop Hyperlocal customer aqsuition, retention, engagement strategies & drive execution
- Maximise all channels to meet short term & long term business goals
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation, Quick Comm/E Comm handson channels experience, merchandising or related roles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively articulate strategies and results.
- Experience with merchandising, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
