Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Data Insights
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, reporting requirements, and data needs.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for data-driven initiatives.
Translate business requirements into analytical requirements, data definitions, reporting specifications, and user stories.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities that support business decision-making.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations through data exploration and analysis.
Data Management & Analytics
Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis using SQL, PySpark, Sparkola, and Excel.
Analyze large datasets to ensure data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
Support the creation and maintenance of datasets used for business reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
Work with data engineering and technology teams to validate data transformations, business rules, and data lineage.
