About Little Unusual: Little Unusual is a creative studio for the next internet designing videos, visuals, and branding for clients in Web3, tech, and beyond. We blend storytelling with design to create unusual, bold work that leaves a mark. About The Role: Were looking for a Creative Director with around ~3 years of experience supporting shoots, creative production, and fast-paced content environments. You should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, on-set coordination, and creative execution helping bring ideas to life smoothly from pre-production to final delivery. Requirements:
- Around 2-3 years of experience in creative production, content shoots, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of shoot coordination, production workflows, and on-ground execution
- Ability to manage schedules, shot references, call sheets, talent coordination, and production logistics
- Good visual sense and understanding of storytelling, framing, pacing, and cinematic content
- Comfortable working in fast-paced shoot environments and handling multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills across creative, production, and post-production teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiarity with creative references is a must
- Understanding of internet culture, branded content, and modern visual trends
- Willingness to travel and work on shoots/events when required
- Web3 / crypto experience is a plus, but not mandatory
What will you do:
- Participating in client calls alongside the BD team to understand project requirements, creative expectations and timelines.
- Researching visual references, moodboards, shot styles, trends, and creative inspirations for upcoming projects
- Assisting the director during pre-production by organizing decks and production notes.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth shoot planning.
- Helping prepare call sheets, schedules, prop lists, location requirements, and shoot logistics.
- Supporting the creative director on set by tracking shots, managing continuity, coordinating execution, and ensuring the creative vision is followed
- Assisting in managing timelines and communication between production, creative, and post-production teams
