About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Design new products and refine existing pieces across chandeliers, pendants, sconces, mirrors, and furniture

1. Style and maintain showroom displays, retail spaces, and storefront facades across multiple locations

1. Participate in design consultations with UHNI clients and senior interior designers, suggesting customization options

1. Create product drawings using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

1. Develop mood boards and visual presentations for design concepts

1. Build and apply knowledge of product materials, glass-cutting techniques, brass finishes, and style categories

1. Collaborate with internal teams to align design concepts with brand aesthetics and client requirements

Skill(s) required

AutoCAD

Other requirements

1. Degree in interior design, product design, or architecture from reputed institutes (NID, NIFT, Srishti, or international institutes like Politecnico di Milano, Parsons, CSM, RISD)

1. 0–2 years of experience (exceptional freshers can apply)

1. Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury design

1. Fluency in spoken and written English

1. Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visual presentation software

1. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

1. Ability to create presentations, mood boards, and design concepts
