AWS Legal is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor to its India Public Sector business. The role will provide strategic legal support across government procurement, regulatory and policy matters, and strategic public sector transactions and partnerships.

Key job responsibilities The role would serve as the primary legal advisor to the India Public Sector business, providing strategic legal support across a broad range of initiatives. Responsibilities would include advising on government procurement opportunities through end-to-end review of RFPs, public sector contracts and funding requests, counseling on regulatory and policy matters affecting cloud adoption by public sector customers, and supporting strategic public sector transactions and partnerships.
