Job Description

This is a contractual role for a duration of 12 Months

Role summary

We are seeking a strong finance resource to provide backfill support for core business-as-usual controllership activities. This role will work closely with Ashish and Camilla to ensure timely execution of recurring finance processes, support month-end close and reporting requirements, and help maintain a strong control environment across assigned markets or entities.

The ideal candidate will bring sound accounting knowledge, strong execution discipline, and the ability to manage recurring deliverables independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Support day-to-day BAU controllership activities across assigned markets, entities, or processes

- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules

- Review balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open or aged items

- Support P&L reviews and variance analysis for key accounts and cost lines

- Coordinate with business finance, shared services, tax, treasury, procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve finance and accounting issues

- Support recurring reporting requirements, including close packs, dashboards, and other management reporting

- Help maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements

- Support statutory, tax, audit, and compliance related deliverables by preparing schedules, documentation, and analysis
