Professionals joining the firm can expect a collaborative environment with exposure to varied industries and sophisticated assignments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Associate Chartered Accountants based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Andheri East) . The role involves supporting audit and assurance engagements, including planning, executing, and documenting Bank Audits, statutory, tax, and internal audits under applicable regulations and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing analytical procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements. The Associate Chartered Accountant will assist in tax computations and filings, support transfer pricing documentation, and contribute to due diligence, valuation, and other advisory assignments related to mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. The role also includes liaising with clients and regulatory authorities, preparing working papers and reports, and collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality professional services within agreed timelines.Qualifications
- Fresh Qualified Chartered Accountants who wants to build a long-term career in professional practice with exposure to Finance, banking, taxation, audit, advisory, RBI advisory and client management across India.
- Strong technical skills in accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP), financial reporting, and preparation/review of financial statements and management reports.
- Experience in statutory, tax, and internal audits, including audit planning, risk assessment, testing, and documentation as per applicable auditing standards.
- Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including computation of tax liabilities, preparation of returns, and support in tax assessments and compliances.
- Familiarity with areas such as transfer pricing, due diligence, valuations, and transaction support will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with accounting and ERP software is preferred.
