This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in financial services consulting, with hands-on exposure to real assignments under structured guidance involving RBI regulations, credit processes, and institutional-grade documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and structure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Collections
Assist in designing Risk & Control frameworks (RCSA, ORM structures)
Interpret and apply RBI Master Directions for NBFCs
Prepare process notes, control checklists, and governance frameworks
Work on live client assignments, including policy drafting and process validation
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, MIS, and control reports
Skill(s) required
Business Analysis Content Writing English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word Research and Analytics
