The Associate – BI Reporting & Analytics Experience role is an entry-level position within the Marketing Science Operations (MSO) team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about transforming data into intuitive, visually compelling, and actionable business insights.

The candidate will work closely with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to build scalable reporting solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.

As an MSO BI Reporting & Analytics Experience Associate, you will work under the guidance of Senior Associates and Managers to support reporting, dashboard design, data quality operations, and analytics enablement.

You will:

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization platforms.

- Apply visualization and storytelling best practices to create intuitive, user-friendly analytics experiences.

- Support development of self-service reporting capabilities that enable faster business decision-making.

- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and preparation for reporting and analytics use cases.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and QA checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

- Monitor data refreshes, reporting completeness, and pipeline health in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.

- Help define and document KPIs, metric definitions, business rules, and reporting standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve dashboard usability, automation, and stakeholder experience.

- Explore emerging technologies, including GenAI-enabled reporting, natural language querying, automated insight generation, and conversational analytics.
