The candidate will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments. Key Responsibilities (Fresher Level)
- Monitor and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway environments
- Assist in troubleshooting failed file transfers, mapping errors, and connectivity issues
- Work with logs and dashboards to identify root causes
- Assist in testing integration workflows, map changes, and small configuration changes in staging/preproduction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Be available for shift/rotational (24/7) support as per project requirements.
Candidate Profile (Freshers)EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline. Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to work with MS office products such as Excel, Word etc.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and databases (SQL queries) is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and configuration files.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to follow structured troubleshooting steps.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and resolve technical queriesWillingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts/weekends) to support global clients
