Market Development Manager, Genomics
The responsibilities are not limited to what is outlined in this document, and you are required to show ownership, accountability, passion, trust, integrity and greater engagement to bring value to the organization.
Major Tasks:
- Achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators and goals relevant to the position.
- Drive clinical NGS demand generation and clinician/pathologist engagement activities to adopt or increase NGS testing uptake e.g. presentations at seminars/congresses and hosting advisory boards and user group meetings.
- Drive non clinical NGS demand generation and customer engagement activities to adopt or increase portfolio uptake by but not limited to activities eg, presentations, demonstrations, scientific projects initiation, market development projects, guidelines development etc
- Support medical/scientific-related sales tools such as publications, articles, newsletters, application note, customer success story etc
- Monitoring the scientific literature for new developments, gather market intelligence and assimilate up-to-date market information to formulate sales strategies, training and tools for the sales and marketing team and distributors/Commercial Partners.
