About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management, located in the Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in supply chain management and related business subjects, using student-centred and outcome-based pedagogies. The role includes developing curricula and course materials, assessing student performance, mentoring learners, and supporting academic advising. The faculty member will conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to research projects, grants, and academic conferences. Day-to-day responsibilities also include participating in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, outreach to industry, and university service, such as committees, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
