PedodonticsKey Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and clinical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, seminars, and hands-on clinical demonstrations. Supervise and mentor students in clinical practice, guiding them in patient management, case discussions, and professional skill development. Contribute to academic growth and research excellence by participating in curriculum development, guiding postgraduate research, and publishing in reputed journals as per DCI norms. Ensure departmental and institutional compliance by maintaining records, adhering to DCI regulations, and actively participating in committees, academic events, workshops, and outreach programs.Qualifications: MDS in the concerned specialty recognized by the Government of India / Dental Council of India (DCI).Experience: Assistant Professor: As per DCI norms. Associate Professor: Minimum 4 years of teaching experience post-MDS with required publication points as per DCI guidelines.
