Assistant Product ManagerMasterclass, Event Apps, AI Tools & Automation Product s Experience Required: 24 years in product management, product operations, business analysis, digital products, event-tech, edtech, SaaS, or internal product systems.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support product initiatives across Masterclass, Event Apps, AI-led inventories, automation workflows, digital dashboards, and internal business platforms.The candidate should be able to convert business needs into product requirements, coordinate with tech/design/business teams, and maintain clear product documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating PRDs, product flows, wireframes, user journeys, feature lists, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Support product improvements across Masterclass landing pages, post-login modules, course access, lead capture, user journeys, and reporting.Support event app features such as attendee tracking, sponsor modules, QR flows, engagement tools, dashboards, app utility tracking, and closure reports.Help define automation workflows for lead routing, campaign tracking, WhatsApp/email triggers, CRM updates, reporting, and internal operations.Work with product, tech, design, marketing, sales, operations, and business teams to execute product requirements.Conduct competitor research, product benchmarking, user journey audits, and feature gap analysis.Track bugs, enhancements, QA feedback, release progress, and pending product actions.Maintain product trackers, feature backlogs, requirement documents, release notes, sprint inputs, and product documentation.Support product analytics by tracking user activity, engagement, adoption, conversion, and usage metrics.Coordinate with developers and QA teams for sprint-level execution and timely delivery.Required SkillsUnderstanding of product management fundamentals, user journeys, wireframes, and requirement documentation.Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product notes, and execution trackers.Good understanding of web products, dashboards, CMS, CRM, event-tech, learning platforms, and automation tools.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert business needs into product workflows.Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Miro, or similar.Good QA mindset to identify bugs, user flow issues, edge cases, and product gaps.Strong communication and coordination skills across tech, design, business, sales, marketing, and operations teams.Basic understanding of analytics, funnels, campaign tracking, user behavior, and product metrics.PreferredExposure to AI tools, no-code platforms, event products, edtech, B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation tools.Prior experience working with developers, designers, business teams, and marketing teams.Ability to create structured product documentation and leadership-ready update s.
