Location: Bangalore Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join Whisk by Wadhwa, a flavour-focused pastry brand specialising in refined French desserts, tarts, catering, and wedding favours. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, clean flavours, and strong pastry fundamentals, and is eager to grow with a young, expanding brand.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pastries, tarts, and desserts as per brand recipes and quality standards
• Assist with daily production for small-batch orders, catering, and events
• Maintain consistency in flavour, finish, and portioning
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Manage mise en place, prep schedules, and basic inventory tracking
• Support menu development, trials, and new product testing when required
• Work closely with the founder to maintain brand vision and executionRequirements
• 13 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, bakery, or hotel
• Strong understanding of basic pastry techniques and dessert assembly
• Proficiency in English (spoken and basic written communication required)
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
• Comfortable working in a cloud kitchen environment
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and peak order days
