Role Summary We are looking for a proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to manage school outreach and drive university/college outreach for immersion programmes. The role involves building relationships with schools, universities, colleges, faculty coordinators, departments, training and placement cells, and student bodies to promote programmes, create engagement opportunities, and generate participation. Key Responsibilities School Outreach Identify and connect with schools, principals, teachers, counsellors, and academic coordinators. Plan and conduct school visits, awareness sessions, webinars, presentations, and engagement activities. Conceptualise and coordinate school-focused round tables, discussions, and interaction forums with educators and decision-makers. Represent and support participation in relevant school events, education fairs, conferences, competitions, and outreach platforms. Build and maintain a school contact database. Coordinate with internal teams for communication, scheduling, logistics, collaterals, and follow-ups. Track outreach activities, leads, conversions, and participation numbers. University & College Outreach for Immersion Programs Identify and connect with universities & colleges Promote immersion programme categories to undergraduate and postgraduate students through institutional channels. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, presentations, webinars, and meetings. Conceptualise and coordinate university/college round tables, faculty interactions, student engagement forums, and institutional discussions for immersion programs. Represent and support participation in college events, education conclaves, student festivals, academic conferences, career fairs, and institutional networking platforms. Build long-term relationships with institutions to encourage nominations, group participation, and repeat engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to understand program details, learning outcomes, schedules, fees, and target student profiles. Support creation of brochures, presentations, emailers, proposal notes, WhatsApp creatives, and social media content. Manage enquiries, follow-ups, documentation, student nominations, and registration conversions. Track leads, proposals shared, institutional conversations, conversions, and college-wise registrations. Desired Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in education marketing, institutional outreach, student engagement, or programme promotion. Ability to build relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and internal teams. Good follow-up, coordination, reporting, and database management skills. Ability to conceptualise and execute round tables, outreach events, and institutional engagement activities. Basic understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and CRM tools. Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing will be preferred. 25 years of experience in marketing, institutional outreach, education sales, partnerships, or programme marketing. Key Performance Indicators Number of schools, colleges, and universities contacted. Number of presentations, webinars, meetings, round tables, and events conducted or attended. Leads generated and converted for immersion programs. College-wise registrations and participation numbers. Quality of follow-ups, reporting, and institutional relationships.
