ASSISTANT MANAGER – TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Location: BANGALORE / MUMBAI / GURGAON
About the Team: The TAM team is responsible to provide end to end technical support and success rate optimization for Enterprise merchants. The team partners with the technical and product teams of merchants to ensure best-in-class success rats and technical support to PayU’s marquee merchants. About the Role: The ability to solve each technical query, maximize the success rate and provide customer delight are key factors to success in this role. The ideal person for this role should have a passion for technology and payments, a strong product solutioning and technical background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to drive results while working independently within a complex environment. Solutioning and exceptional relationship management are critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Owner of all technical queries and success rate maximization for existing and new Enterprise merchants.
- Work with TAM Lead, Enterprise Farming business leaders and account managers on driving success rate improvement and solving any technical issues with clients.
- Structurally solve for common pain points / issues identified as part of the client level deep dives
- Work in close partnership and collaboration with internal teams (product, production support and technology) to deliver client specific outcomes
- Ensure that SLAs committed to customers are upheld and any lapses are identified within the permissible time frame
Requirements:
- 3+ years of overall technology industry experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Production Support for a payment solution provider, medium to large-scale organizations or start-ups
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or related experience required • Should have managed small to medium teams, as solutioning lead • Technical Experience • Preferred to have experience in directly working with clients to deliver value/solutions • Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript and NodeJS • Database: MS SQL, MySQL, MONGODB, Graph Database etc. • Integrations: SAOP and RESTful API • Understanding of Payment services, architecture and integrations • Experience with tools such as JIRA • Customer Focused – Does what is right for the customer • Detail orientation • Execution focus • Be a change agent and willing to challenge status quo while helping to drive the necessary changes • Adaptability, Collaboration & Teamwork, Continuous Improvement and Tenacity What we offer?
