Job Description:
Asst. Sourcing Manager /Assistant Manager Procurement– Bengaluru, India
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in JAPAC for client. Obtain results aligned with the mission, principles, values and objectives of JLL and client. Keep stewardship controls for JLL P2P (procurement to payment) transactions on client account as a result of performing audits, implementing process, training the team. Apply internal audits on procurement and sourcing procedures. Ensure 100% compliance of all sourcing and procurement procedures and records according with all corporate policies. Improve and simplify quotation process for spot purchases.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required
Required Experience: 7 to 8 years
Working Hours: Standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Sourcing and Procurement
- Manage procurement and support FM team in all needed topics (trainings, motivation, reports, procedures, initiatives, audits, among others), in order to ensure high results aligned with the Sourcing & Internal Controls objectives.
- Develop and implement price agreements with the suppliers on spot buys, and follow all proper approval procedures according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.
