What You Will Do *

•Understanding of where demand is coming from and how it impacts the entire value stream and overall business

•Ability to review demand, master scheduling, and capacity and the overall impacts across the business.

•Understanding of the financial impacts of headcount and CapEx and influencing decisions around these.

•Ability to ensure all steps of the of the SIOP process are fully completed.

•Can tie the financial reconciliation within the SIOP process back to risk & opportunities to the P&L, balance sheet & cash flow statements as a result of changes within the supply and demand profiles.

•Anticipate important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations.

•Ability to manage mid-term schedules, CTB analysis, exception managments decision.

• Support Capacity review and inputs, MPS supply load, and fulfilment strategies

•Capable of applying analytics and Collins standard work to drive and implement inventory optimization initiatives, annual operating plans, long range plans, and tactical decision making that support those strategies.

•Ability to apply tools and analytics to do scenario planning and detailed problem solving.
