The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Supply & Demand Planner to manage comprehensive planning activities across the supply chain. This role is responsible not only for coordination and execution but also for strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the right product is available at the right place and time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-frequency planning environments, covering raw materials, manufacturing, and distribution.

What we’re looking for:
- Graduate in engineering; MBA desirable
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience specializing in Supply Chain, Supply and Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Experience with APO or similar forecasting tools is highly desirable.
- APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
- Global Supply Chain experience a plus.
- Formal problem-solving training is desirable, i.e. Six Sigma

How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Apply analytical and statistical techniques to develop a tactical demand forecast and replenishment plan supporting key product lines and/or customer segments. Support monthly Sales and Operations Planning process efforts.
- Determine optimal inventory position for each SKU/ stocking location. Analyze data and make recommendations on increasing/decreasing inventory targets; establish ideal safety stock targets. Proactively adjust forecast and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory investment.
- Leverage ERP systems to manage planning data, generate reports, and support decision-making. Continuously improving planning processes and tools to enhance supply chain responsiveness and agility.
- Develop purchasing plans, inventory forecasts, and financial projections to support business objectives and operational requirements. Negotiate changes with suppliers as needed.
- Supervise and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, service, OTIF, backorder reduction for own portfolio.
- Perform variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgeted and forecasted results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze the predicted impact of new supplier/product launches, product promotions, or discontinuations. Commit company resources to support new launches and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional collaborators including Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory performance
- Collaborate with Purchasing teams to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement and inventory targets are achieved.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to forecast demand for both existing and new products.
- Support Team Leader with daily operational coordination during the day-to-day planning activities for the own portfolio.
- Share good practice and findings with the wider team to ensure consistency and standardization in processes
- Display flexibility and adaptability to work with and assist other teams within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
