6 to 10 years of experience with P&C Insurance background (Mandatory) in an MNC.
Preferable domain experience in claims, submissions, Underwriting & Support , Policy Administration etc
Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills
Team Handling Experience (exposure in performance management, attrition management, grievance management) - Mandatory
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline & willing to work in US shift .
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Mandatory - Minimum work experience of 5+ in Insurance domain (Any region ex- EU, UK or NA).
Strong knowledge on various applications like – GG, APLUS & SFDC etc (Preferred)etc.
Should have experience on handling Policy admin tasks- Bookings/Binders/Policy issuance/Cancellation etc (Preferred Skill set) . Candidates with Claims and Submission experience can apply too.
