Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the Regional HRBP in driving people strategies aligned with business goals. This role partners closely with business leaders and employees to enable performance, strengthen engagement, and foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and growth at Godrej Properties Limited.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business teams to understand their objectives and provide operational HR support aligned to business priorities.
Assist in implementing HR strategies related to workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining and analyzing HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, etc.).
Employee Engagement & Relations
Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving concerns empathetically while maintaining organizational discipline.

Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and pulse actions from Amber insights and feedback forums.
Assist in managing disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and grievance handling under guidance of the Regional HRBP.
Performance & Talent Management
Coordinate the performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
Support talent identification and development interventions such as learning programs, mentoring, and succession discussions.
Maintain accurate talent data and facilitate calibration discussions.
HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Ensure seamless execution of HR programs such as onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes.
Communicate and implement HR policies consistently across the business.
Partner with the HR shared services and CoEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, etc.) to ensure high-quality HR delivery.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Actively promote GPL’s inclusive culture through participation in DEI initiatives such as CREW, Queers & Allies, and other employee networks.
Support leadership in driving representation and inclusion across levels.
