Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Booking and accounting of vendor invoices in the system
- Working knowledge of statutory compliances such as GST and TDS
- Processing employee reimbursement claims in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Handling foreign currency requirements for employees travelling internationally for official purposes, including:

- Interpretation and implementation of Company policies
- Coordination with employees and secretaries of senior management, including CFO Office and MD/Chairman’s Office
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Preparation of MIS reports such as:
-
- Age-wise analysis of payables
- Open foreign currency advances provided to employees
- Coordinating and providing required information/documents to Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors
Undertaking any other assignments as directed by Management
Experience
5-7 years of experience into Forex, accounting, claim reimbursements and coordination with leaders.
Qualifications
BCom/MCom
