Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Front Office to head the front office department at our new naturopathy wellness luxury center in Uttarakhand. The role involves leading guest-facing operations, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, and delivering exceptional service aligned with the centers wellness and sustainability ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Lead the front office team as Head of Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Guest Services: Oversee guest reception, check-in/check-out, and concierge services to ensure a welcoming and professional experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, fostering a culture of guest-centric service.
- Operational Excellence: Implement efficient processes for reservations, billing, and guest communication.
- Sustainability Practices: Integrate eco-friendly practices into front office operations, including paperless systems and mindful resource use.
- Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and wellness teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in front office management, preferably in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and guest service protocols.
- Ability to manage budgets, reports, and departmental performance.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
