Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here is how this role will make an impact: Key ResponsibilitiesThis Team is responsible for review and monitoring of:
- System Implementation, Automations (SAP S4 HANA, Blackline, BOTs, etc.,)
- Data migrations (include acquisition and/or divestitures)
- Process Transition Readiness
- Transactional Quality Review
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation Review
- Perform data reviews and reconciliation to verify data and master data is properly cut over during system implementations (Finance Transformation).
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of the data shared during migrations including acquisitions and Divestitures.
- Review system and process transition readiness and perform Knowledge assessments to ensure staff are properly trained.
- Perform the designated quality reviews over global GIS operations which include but not limited to their Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets & General Ledger Functions.
- Review of Balance sheet account reconciliations and communicating the observations to the lead.
- Effectively communicate and summarize the results/findings and communicate deviations from procedures, SOPs, Taxonomy and policies, to GIS Quality Review Senior.
- Enhance accounting and auditing knowledge base through staying current with current industry (pharmaceutical) activity and accounting and auditing pronouncements.
- Prepare high-quality audit work papers that are organized and well documented in accordance with department policy.
- Document understanding of processes through narratives, flow charts and transactional walk-through support.
- Perform other duties as assigned
