What will you work on:
1) End-to-End Ownership of Events
Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of branded experiences
and promotional events for Servd with full ownership.
Be responsible for overall event profitability and scalability.
Work closely with content, production, post-production and design leads to
conceptualize innovative, culturally relevant event formats and themes.

Partner with social media and content teams to drive engaging storytelling
around events and associations.
Work closely with Business Development to align partnership strategies with
revenue goals and long-term brand vision.
Mentor junior team members across cities and support in establishing
smoother processes across functions.
Who We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in events, partnerships, brand collaborations, or
experiential marketing - ideally within F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or media.
Strong network within the F&B and lifestyle ecosystem, with the ability to
leverage relationships for partnerships and experiences.
Proven track record of driving large-scale events end-to-end with strong
ownership, decision-making and problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with
excellent stakeholder management.
Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator who thrives on
relationship-building and leading initiatives independently.
Has managed and led a team for multiple on-ground activations and projects
in the past.
