Responsibilities :
- Reporting: Develop and manage views for different business metrics:
dashboards, and scorecards. Coordinate with business basis sharp analysis to facilitate tactical decision-making.
- Growth: Developing and executing growth plans - ie influencing consumer
funnel (traffic, conversion, user-base) to deliver top-line goals.
- Program management: Program managing the city growth projects. Designing
activity systems, tracking mechanisms, and ensuring timely call-outs and alignments as needed for specific region cohorts. Identify city-level opportunities and execute hyper local-level projects.
- Analysis: Analyze data & generate key insights on the business, user
quality, redemption funnels & other mission-critical metrics.
- P&L management: Identify opportunities for P&L engagement and be the SPOC
for consolidating & reviewing P&L with stakeholders.
