Designation - Assistant Manager_ECOM Beauty Total work experience - 4 years Complete understanding of the brand guidelines, assortment, sub-categories and top revenue drivers In depth understanding of the e-com business model to clearly identify opportunities for the brand on new and old platforms Regular assessment of the platforms covering: Live assortment vs the brand approved list PDP images in line with the brand shared guidelines Brand page, asset relevance in comparison with the competition brands The brand listing page, selection of top 10-15 products on the page Closure of marketing plans with the platforms to drive the targets monthly and quarterly Timely execution of the marketing plan aligned with the respective platforms with POEs Stock evaluation in terms of days of cover on platforms and aligning replenishment End to end management of the new launch ensuring listing, stock availability, visibility and performance of the same Competition benchmarking in terms of visibility, promos, GWPs Regular discussion with the global brand team to discuss updates regarding upcoming new launches, campaigns etc. Qualifications Minimum high school education or equivalent4+ years' of retail or equivalent management experienceStrong verbal or written communication skills
