- Sound knowledge of Basic Accounts and Finance
- Sound knowledge of O2C Cycle –Accounts Receivables and Cash Applications
- Understanding of Insurance Products and Insurance Finance
- Excellent understanding of UK Insurance domain including Bureau and Non-Bureau Market
The primary responsibilities of this role include –
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
- Manage Cash Application - Validations and execution of transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- QC - Review of transactions with accuracy and timeliness to share structured and timely feedback to team members
- Reporting – Reporting of day-to-day transactions and activities / weekly team performance and month end deliverables
- Thorough understanding of Insurance documents for query resolution
- Handling month end closing activities for Account Receivables
- Analysis of Unapplied/Unallocated Cash – Research and Analysis of aged unmatched transactions
- Analyze and research on open queries assigned as per designated portfolio
- External and Internal Stakeholder management
- Ensure the assigned task completion in accordance with the SLA and company standards
