About the team

Communications Delivery and Optimisation is a subset team within Global Platform Solutions (GPS) Marketing and Engagement. With compelling communication, we give our members and clients information and the power to build a better future. A trusted team of experts that will collaborate to deliver what our internal stakeholders and external customers need, plus more.

We must increase our clients’ financial awareness and knowledge of any changes to their pension plans and make clear any actions they are required to take, to ensure better financial outcomes for them.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Document Manager to work within a small but dynamic team. The successful candidate would be responsible for helping to update the accuracy, version control and production of regulatory documents across a wide variety of business function documents. This will include the central management of our templates for Plan Literature, our wider Terms and Conditions, Personal Investment, Adviser, and Corporate and Trust documentation.

In addition to this central management, the successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring they make timely amends that are sent to the correct stakeholders via Workfront for approval. While many documents are based around a standard template, for some larger clients or functions they may be more complex, based around client-specific requirements. The role would include regular liaison with various departments, including GPS Marketing and Engagement, Adviser Solutions, Implementations, Technical and Compliance, Investment Propositions, Tax, Legal and other SMEs.
