We are looking for a Assistant Director Intern to join the Baby Billion crew In this role, you won't just be behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who can organize a shoot schedule one minute and jump in front of the camera the next. You will shadow our Director and AD, manage the high-volume workflow of a massive YouTube channel, while also serving as on-screen talent when needed. This is the perfect role for an Instagram/YouTube creator who wants professional production experience What Youll Do
- Support Pre-Production: Assist the production team in building schedules, scouting locations, creating shot lists, and sourcing props to ensure we are shoot-ready
- Assist on Set: Be the eyes and ears on the ground. Manage call times, coordinate talent movements, and ensure the crew has what they need to stay on schedule
- Learn Logistics: Gain hands-on experience managing the "moving parts" of a shoot. Youll help anticipate logistical hiccups and learn how to solve problems in real-time
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a key link between the crew and the office. Ensure call sheets are distributed, and everyone is aligned on the day's goals
- Step into the Spotlight (Acting): Act as on-screen talent for our videos. Whether its a supporting character, a host, or a skit participant, you need to bring high energy and expressiveness to the screen
Who You Are
- The "Creator" Type: You aren't just a filmmaker; you are a personality. You likely have an active Instagram or YouTube presence and are comfortable creating content for yourself
- Camera Ready: You have good camera presence, confidence, and can take direction well when acting. You aren't afraid to look silly or energetic for a kids' audience
- Current Student or Recent Graduate: You are studying Film, Media, or Communications, or have recently graduated with a passion for video product
- Eager to Learn: You have experience with student films or personal projects and are hungry to learn how professional sets operate
