We are seeking an Assistant Manager Design to lead the charge in creating cutting-edge managed office layouts and proposals, acting as the crucial bridge between our clients' visions and execution.Job Responsibilities

• Design & Layout Creation: Conceptualize and develop space plans, test fits, and detailed design layouts tailored to client requirements.
• Proposal Management: Craft compelling design proposals in tandem with business development goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central nervous system for new projects by collaborating closely with:
• Sales & Inside Sales: To understand client briefs and pitch winning design solutions.
• Projects & IT: To ensure design feasibility, structural alignment, and seamless tech integration.
• Procurement & Finance: To optimize material selection, manage project costing, and respect budgetary guardrails.Essential Required
• Experience: 35+ years of proven experience in commercial interior design, specifically within managed office spaces or coworking ecosystems.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other industry-standard design software. Strong understanding of spatial planning and commercial ergonomics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills to confidently collaborate across multiple internal departments and translate technical designs into business value.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who can balance aesthetic appeal with commercial viability and tight timelines
