The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with project management and team collaboration skills to ensure high-quality creative output aligned with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development -
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, advertisements, and print collateral.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Mentor and guide graphic designers to maintain high creative standards.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables.
- Assist in resource allocation and workload management within the design team.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of visual identity systems.
- Maintain and manage design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
Project Management -
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on business impact and campaign requirements.
- Participate in creative planning, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.
Innovation & Process Improvement -
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, AI-powered creative workflows, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance creative efficiency and output quality.
- Drive adoption of best practices in design systems, asset management, and creative operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, advertising, edtech, SaaS, or digital-first environment.
