About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, self-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support Veeba's growing marketing function. This is a role for someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution, equally comfortable contributing to a brand plan as they are managing a content calendar, coordinating a shoot, or briefing an agency.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand building, social media, consumer behaviour, and fast-moving execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Strategy
- Support brand planning, content strategy, and campaign development across the year.
- Contribute to consumer research, competitive tracking, and category analysis to inform brand decisions.
- Build and maintain the content calendar, and ensure timely, on-brand execution across platforms.
- Support development of campaign ideas, product narratives, and communication routes for Veeba.Social Media & Digital
- Support Veebas digital and social media presence across channels.
- Track platform trends, content performance, and audience behaviour to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams on briefs, timelines, content reviews, and approvals.
- Support shoots, creator collaborations, and always-on content execution.Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support governance, asset management, and approvals across ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with design, digital, trade, sales, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.Qualifications & Skills
- 23 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, food, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and content-led brand building.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a consumer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.What We Offer
