O&M and EPC Administration Support:
Conduct annual reviews of Preventive Maintenance Management Plans and prepare maintenance trackers
Perform monthly reviews of Preventive Maintenance records
Oversee compliance of corrective O&M activities according to contract terms
Manage and track spare parts inventory
Review of O&M reports to ensure compliance with the contractual and operational requirements
Calculate contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Performance Ratio and penalties or bonuses related to availability under O&M/EPC contracts
Assist with warranty and insurance claims
Project Administration Support:
Onboard new projects into the Asset Management platform (IFS) and manage ongoing obligations
Review, identify, and track contractual obligations outlined in Project Documentation
Calculation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), green certificates, and energy settlements

Prepare draft Asset Management reports and fulfill other reporting requirements as per Project Documentation, including those for PPAs, market regulators, and lenders

Work Experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to Degree level in a subject applicable in the renewable industry, preferably engineering
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in the role preferably in the solar/BESS market
The ideal candidate may have worked for financial investors active in the renewable space internationally, and IPP or a vertically integrated developer
The ideal candidate will have proven track record managing EPC and O&M obligations
KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of the key contracts to manage and awareness of the critical stakeholders
Knowledge of the Solar (and BESS preferably) asset lifecycle
Technical knowledge of large-scale solar and BESS assets
Strong process orientation and technical IT skills support automatization of processes
Proficiency in SAP financial systems
PERSONAL/WORK SKILLS
Team working skills
Problem solving and proactive attitude
Detailed oriented and well organized
Able to work efficiently and effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines
Fluency in English is essential
Effective track record in managing successfully sites from remote location
Process oriented
Strong technical IT skills (Excel, SCADA, Power BI, etc.)
Availability to work during AEST Business Hours
