Job Description: Program governance for projects by guiding PM and Onsite Program leads. Collaboration with onsite Service Delivery Manager and Program Managers and Act as main point of contact for all offshore delivery matters and align priorities with the onsite SDM and Program Managers Implement program governance to ensure delivery maturity is high Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, efficiency, and optimize cost Manage client relationships along with Program leads, Client Partner to understand roadmaps, priorities, and expectations Monitor service performance and operational Health. Enable strong communication and collaboration between teams and customer stakeholders Collaborate with Competency leads and SPOCs to enable growth and client satisfaction. Enable and Conduct Monthly and Quarterly reviews with customer along with TSDM and Program manager Lead contract renewal working along with the client partner and customer Implement customer value addition to improve efficiency and reduce cost of operations Accountable for career growth and upskilling of team Ensure quality maturity is as per organization expectations - CVA, process improvements P & L accountability – Rev and Margin along with Account manager Collaborate with AM and program leads to expand footprints and upsell opportunities
