Key responsibilities
Assist in building AI-powered automation systems for lead generation, customer support, and business operations.
Create and manage WhatsApp automation workflows, automated follow-ups, and customer engagement systems.
Work with APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms to automate business processes.
Support the development and testing of AI-based solutions using modern AI tools and platforms.
Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Research new AI tools, technologies, and automation methods to improve business efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to deliver automation projects for clients and internal operations.
Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, and system processes.
Requirements:
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
Basic understanding of AI tools and workflows.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn APIs, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
