About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Integrate and test new ASR, LLM, and TTS provider APIs into the voice pipeline.

1. Help improve turn-taking logic: how agents detect when a caller has finished speaking and respond naturally.

1. Work on real-time audio streaming, including WebSocket-based STT/TTS flows.

1. Contribute to prompt engineering, language detection, and multilingual call handling.

1. Debug pipeline edge cases: barge-in, silence handling, voicemail detection, fallback chains.

1. Write scripts and tooling to evaluate pipeline quality (latency, accuracy, turn success rates).
