Our Chartered Accountant firm, based in Ahmedabad, is inviting applications from deserving CA students for Article Assistant position. The role offers extensive exposure to both GIFT City / IFSC regulatory work and core taxation, audit and compliance assignments handled by the firm.
Areas of Work Exposure
- GIFT City / IFSC / SEZ / Customs
Compliances and regulatory filings for IFSC & SEZ units
Assistance in unit setup, approvals and documentation
FEMA/foreign currency reporting, cross-border compliance
Customs and importexport documentation, duty benefits, and related procedures
- GST (Indirect Tax)
GST registrations, periodic return filings and reconciliations
GST audits and drafting replies to departmental notices
Refund processing for SEZ/IFSC/export clients
Exposure to litigation support and complex GST advisory
- Direct Taxation
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms and companies
Tax audits under Section 44AB
TDS/TCS calculations, compliances and quarterly filings
Support in assessments, submissions and tax representations
- Audit & Corporate Compliance
Statutory audits and internal audits
ROC filings, annual returns and corporate law compliances
Drafting, documentation and secretarial support functions
