Teachers at Openhouse deliver engaging, high-quality Art classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality classes: Prepare for and conduct Art classes using the Openhouse curriculum, facilitating activities such as drawing, painting, craft, and mixed-media projects.

1. Track student development: Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents through regular progress reports.

1. Support the learning community: Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and events, and collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.

1. Lead showcases and events: Prepare students for showcases, exhibitions, and events, conduct rehearsals where required, and participate in training and team meetings.

Time Commitment:

1. Any 5 days of the week (20 hours per week, 4 hours each day you choose).

1. Weekday Timings: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

1. Weekend Timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Location:

1. Classes are conducted across Bangalore at learning centers or apartment complexes.

1. The location will be assigned according to your preference.
