Enhancing brand image, improve customer experience and drive salesResponsible for sharing monthly beat plan covering all formats of storesInnovation and creativity for the lighthouse stores Key Objectives: Provide support through regular physical & virtual audits and trainings to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheldOrder and coordinate installation of VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for all stores in the region.Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniquesOrganizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedbackMaintain/ building a vendor base for various branded supply elements for the regionFostering VM creativity at stores through VM training, competition, store audits and VM captainsSupporting Key initiatives roll outs by covering all store formats.Effective budget allocation / Align with over all business goals. Key Performance Indicators: Net SalesStock CoverBudget efficiencyConstant upliftment of look & feel of stores Organizational relationships: Internal: Visual Merchandising Team, Sales Ops Team, Projects team and Merchandising TeamExternal: Hangers Vendors, Mannequin Vendors and Print media vendors YOUR TALENT: Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required: Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual ManagerDemonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolioSolid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilizationProficiency in Microsoft presentation & excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design toolsKnowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practicesKnowledge of photographyCreative and innovative thinkerAbility to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey resultsBachelors/Masters degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similarAcing Number game- analyzing and tracking of the executions doneA proficient communicator.
