Key Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end sales and drive new business development, from demand generation to order fulfillment, to meet revenue targets.

Build and grow key accounts by understanding customer priorities and leading technical and commercial discussions.

Drive product specifications with end customers, OEMs, EPCs, and Tier suppliers across the value chain.

Work with PSUs and government institutions to support tenders, approvals, and specification inclusion.

Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC), including account planning, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline through consistent customer engagement.

Define and execute account plans aligned with business and portfolio priorities.

Understand customer requirements in oil & gas and work with Application Engineering and R&D teams to deliver solutions.

Additional Qualifications / Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

Proven ability to deliver sustained growth in a competitive and dynamic environment.

Experience working with government or semi-government organizations and tender-based business.

Basic Qualifications
-
BE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering; MBA (Sales / Business Development) preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience, with base location in Western India and must have flexibility to relocate as required.
-
Strong background in sales, business development, key account management, and technical/specification selling.
-
Experience in Energy or related industries is preferred.
