Additionally, you will have oversight of retail operations, including effective handling of ETBR (Expected To Be Released) activities and activation plans tailored to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
Leading enquiry generation efforts and comprehensive market coverage will be essential, along with driving hyperlocal digital dealer marketing drives that amplify sales traction in grassroots markets. You will manage special activation campaigns designed to create localised impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for both sales and charging infrastructure, thus supporting the integrated electric vehicle ecosystem. Your ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders and adapt strategies in a dynamic automotive environment will be key to delivering outstanding market penetration and sales performance.
Experience
We are seeking candidates with a robust background in sales, ideally possessing 3 to 5 years of progressive experience, including at least 2 years specifically within the automotive industry.
Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully managing and expanding dealer networks, implementing customer engagement strategies, and adapting to the rapidly evolving automotive market dynamics.
Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) sector or related automotive segments is highly valued, demonstrating familiarity with the nuances of technology-driven product lines and sustainability-oriented market shifts. A strong command of digital sales tools, coupled with the ability to employ data analytics for performance optimization and customer insights, will be critical to thriving in this role.
