About the RoleWizklub, a part of Infinity Learn and backed by the Sri Chaitanya Education Group, is looking for passionate and result-oriented Area Managers (Individual Contributor) to drive business growth through school partnerships and customer engagement across assigned territories.The role involves acquiring new schools, managing existing school relationships, conducting product demonstrations, driving renewals and upselling opportunities, and ensuring successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage business growth within the assigned territory.
- Acquire and onboard new school partners.
- Present and demonstrate Wizklub's Coding, Robotics, and HOTS programs to school management and decision-makers.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities within existing school accounts.
- Plan and execute workshops, product demonstrations, student activations, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Complete school onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily reporting.
Ideal Candidate
- B.Tech (Computer Science/E&TC), BCA,BSC(CS)
- Experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, School Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
