Lead Industrial OEM business across Construction Equipment, Road Equipment, Material Handling, Fire Fighting Pumps (FFP), Marine, and Trade/Channel segments
Drive revenue growth through existing customer expansion and new customer acquisition
Identify new applications, customers, and channels to strengthen and diversify the business portfolio
Develop and execute strategies to increase Share of Business (SOB) with key customers
Key Account Management
Manage and grow strategic OEM and key accounts through strong relationship building
Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor key account performance trends and initiate corrective actions with cross‑functional teams
Ensure best‑in‑class customer service and long‑term partnership development
Sales Planning & Operations
Own revenue budgeting, sales volume planning, and monthly business reviews in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP)
Drive forecasting and monthly order planning in coordination with Planning and Supply teams
Ensure timely billing, revenue recognition, and accurate sales & inventory tracking

Maintain strict compliance with credit policy, customer agreements, collections, and account reconciliations
Industry & Competitive Intelligence
Maintain close watch on industry trends, customer operations, and competitor activities
Provide actionable sales and marketing intelligence to management for strategic decision‑making
Cross‑Functional & Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the regional team to achieve business goals
Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Quality, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Act as a strong advocate of professional judgment and take end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives
Product, Quality & Service Excellence
Handle the complexity of the Industrial Engine business, requiring strong application and product knowledge
Work closely with OEMs on zero‑hour quality, after‑sales support, and service excellence
Ensure alignment of product development with customer expectations and business growth objectives
Ethics & Governance
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and strictly adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct
Experience
5- 10 Years
Qualifications
Engineering graduate with about 5 to 10 years of experience.
