The staff estimator will be responsible for participating in the development of bid check estimates. This position will develop accurate bottoms-up estimates in a credible and professional manner while minimizing risk to the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Develop estimated schedules to manage workload and ensure timely completion of estimates.

1. Review RFP and engineering documents for gaps and overlaps in the scope of work.

1. Work on detailed documentation of quantity take-offs and constructability analysis

1. Work on the accuracy and validity of estimate clarifications and assumptions.

1. Must have knowledge and experience developing estimates and bidding on midstream construction work.
