General Summary:Hanover Company is looking for an Architect who specializes in 3D visualization to work in our office in Ahmedabad.The Architect will work on a team of 3d Visualization professionals whose primary function will be to produce high level design through renderings, walk throughs and animations. Hanovers Architects are constantly interacting with associated design professionals and our management team members so candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in the English language.Responsibilities:This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for Architectural, Interior design and Landscape projects using multiple types of software.
• Create photorealistic still images, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Work closely with Architects, Interior designers, Landscape architects and Management teams to accurately represent design intent.
• Perform post-production and image enhancement to achieve the highest visual quality.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and visual output.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain organized clean files and naming conventions, rendering libraries, materials and visualization standards for efficient team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural practice, interior architecture or 3D Visualization.
• Expert knowledge with software platforms required or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Advanced verbal and written communication with the English language.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural and interior visualization work
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Understanding of how to review architectural documents such as construction drawings for use in developing models for 3d Visualization purposes
• Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills in order to be able to work with corporate team members and actively participate in third party design meetings.

Required Software Knowledge with Significant Experience:

• D5 Render
• SketchUp
• Enscape
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects or similar
• Knowledge and practical application of AI tools within the visualization workflow
