Greetings for the Day!!! We are looking for a Arabic Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience in Arabic Voice Processes and Customer Support . Exp: 1+ YearsLocation: PuneCTC: Up to 9 LPACertification: B2 or Graduation is into Arabic Job Description:-Translate documents, emails, and content from Arabic to English and vice versa. Communicate with Arabic -speaking clients or customers via email, chat, or phone. Provide support in resolving queries, managing cases, and coordinating with internal departments. Localize product and service materials for the Arabic -speaking market. Maintain linguistic and cultural accuracy in all communications. Support teams in training or interpreting as required. Perform quality checks on translated content and customer responses. Ensure timely and professional communication at all times. Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic (minimum B2/C1 level or native speaker). Strong command of Arabic (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree in Languages, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in customer support, translation, or international business (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and cultural awareness. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
