Who we are looking for:
This role is responsible for accurately processing client attestation reports and ad-hoc requests, coordinating with upstream and client-facing teams, ensuring quality checks, managing inbox-driven deliverables, and supporting end-of-day operations while working within tight deadlines using MS Office tools

As Apprentice you will:
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Attestation Reports and Ad-hoc queries with 100% accuracy
- Follow up with the upstream team and communicate report status with the client-facing team or client as necessary
- Support team and perform quality checks as per procedure
- Monitor the team group inbox and prioritize requests based on client deadlines
- Work under tight deadlines and create customized templates in Excel and PowerPoint
- Check and hand over the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
