Role Description The Application & Visa Documentation Specialist Europe is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The specialist will guide learners through the entire application and visa process for European institutions, including collecting and verifying documents, filling out application and visa forms, and tracking deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with counsellors, branch heads, country heads, and sometimes students and parents, explaining procedural requirements, and maintaining accurate records of applications and visa files. The role involves reviewing admission and visa checklists, identifying missing or incorrect information, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The specialist will also liaise with partner institutions or relevant authorities when required, stay updated on changing European visa regulations, and support the counseling team with accurate documentation-related information.Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to review eligibility, documentation accuracy, and compliance with institutional and visa requirements.
- Experience in application support, including preparing, submitting, and tracking university and visa applications for European destinations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting documentation and process issues, identifying gaps, and providing practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Background in technical or customer support environments, with the ability to handle queries systematically and maintain detailed records.
- Prior experience in overseas education, immigration, or international admissions processes, especially for Europe, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, document management platforms, and standard office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email).
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; degrees in education, administration, or related fields are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
